• Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications.
• Usage Data: App interaction data to improve our services and user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide veterinary telehealth services and facilitate communication between pet owners and veterinarians.
• To maintain and share pet medical records with authorized veterinarians.
• To process payments for veterinary consultations and services.
• To send push notifications for appointments, messages, and emergency alerts.

4. Video and Voice Calls

PetBookIQ offers video and voice consultations between pet owners and veterinarians. These calls use peer-to-peer WebRTC technology, meaning audio and video streams are transmitted directly between participants whenever possible. We do not record, store, or monitor the content of video or voice calls. Our servers facilitate the initial connection (signaling) only.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers with industry-standard security measures. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems that require it to provide our services.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:
